Decided to take the incline down with colleagues after drinks at Shiloh Gastro. The historic incline offered amazing views and easy access to public transport once you reach the bottom. Full review by mrs_un0

Yes , available year round. Only down for maintenance and or repairs as it is over 100 years old but very safe.

Yes you can. There is an elevator to the top of the 3-level car.
