Recently, I have been reading an article about a wealthy entrepreneur from Dubai, who wanted to build Lyon Dubai City. This article dates back from 2008 and I haven't found any other source talking about this project. Do you guys maybe have information about this project or even better, some actual sources? We are going to Paris in a couple of weeks and plan to visit Notre Dame after visiting one of the local markets. However, we have read somewhere that you could not take 'luggage' in to the cathedral, we are hoping that luggage refers to suitcase/holdalls etc. and that small backpacks are acceptable. Can anyone confirm?
