It really depends on your interest-level and pace (some people just 'walk through', others 'study' the exhibits), but to take the guided tour the W.P. Snyder as well as the self-guided tours of both the Ohio River Museum and the Martius Campus Museum (all three covered under the same admission ticket) I'd allow at least 90 minutes.
