I don't think so, it would be hard to organise as you need to request permission weeks in advance and send copies of passports etc. The Museum provides a guide for your group only, regardless of size.

The Museum is inside the palace grounds so taxi's come and go based on people using them to get in. However, they can't enter the grounds empty so you have to wait and, if you're lucky, you should be able to hail one as it drops a passenger off. They allow Uber or Grab Cars (local Uber variant) into the compound to pick you up and I've found that this is the easiest way out of the Museum.

Late reply, but better than nothing? Makati to the museum should take you around 45 minutes to an hour depending on the traffic. Try to visit on off-peak travel windows between 10AM to 3:30PM. Any time before and afer that, expect some traffic. Make sure you call ahead and schedule your visit. There are certain requirements for visitors, particularly for non-residents.
