I do not believe that you do. I think you only need to have the timed entrance tickets and then the staff will assist you from there. They have a very good website. Go to the upper …

I do not believe that you do. I think you only need to have the timed entrance tickets and then the staff will assist you from there. They have a very good website. Go to the upper right where it says "TO VISIT" once you open that window, you will see a section for disabled. I believe that is an area where you can get the information that you need. If you are disabled they have free entrance but I don't know how that works with timed entry. Scroll down on that page, there is an email and you can send off for more information.
