Not free. But tickets were reasonable...can't remember exactly! If you go during the day but also want to see the nightview, get a hand stamp (shows up in black light) and you can leave and return the same day without paying a second time. Keep your ticket too! Lots to do there in addition to the view. Worth every penny!
