Three people were hurt in Nebraska’s Lancaster County when a tornado hit an industrial building, causing it to collapse with 70 people inside. Several were trapped, but everyone was evacuated and the injuries were not life-threatening, authorities said.

Large tornadoes ripped through Eastern Nebraska and southwestern Iowa on Friday, downing power lines and leveling homes and other structures in the Plains. A few injuries had been reported as of Saturday morning, but no fatalities. Here’s a look at some of the damage they left in their wake.
