The Washington Nationals selected Eli Willits with the No. 1 pick, opting for the prep shortstop -- who might be more likely to sign below slot -- in a draft with no clear-cut top prospect. And there were plenty of other intriguing selections as the first three rounds unfolded Sunday night.
