Paris St Germain closed in on a record-extending 12th Ligue 1 title as Ousmane Dembele and Kylian Mbappe each scored twice in a 4-1 away victory against second-from-bottom Lorient on Wednesday.

Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele each scored twice as Paris St Germain moved to the brink of sealing another Ligue 1 title with a 4-1 win at Lorient. The first half saw Dembele net the opener and Mbappe add a flicked finish before the latter set up the former in fine style for PSG’s third on the hour mark.

Kylian Mbappe is back in action on Wednesday afternoon as Paris Saint-Germain looks to secure the Ligue 1 title.

PSG are into the French Cup final were they will face Lyon. They have also earned a spot in the Champions League semifinals where they will play Borussia Dortmund in the first leg on May 1 and the return leg on May 8.

PSG will play the match for Matchday 29 against Lorient away, where they could be crowned as champions of Ligue 1.
