Gaza Israeli air strikes and shelling killed at least 45 Palestinians across Gaza on Wednesday evening, local authorities said, including 20 civilians killed in a “massacre” in the safe zone of Al Mawasi.

At least 15 Palestinians were killed on Friday when the Israeli army targeted homes in the northern and southern Gaza Strip. Medical sources told Anadolu that the bodies of 10 Palestinians, who were killed in Israeli airstrikes targeting their homes in northern Gaza, were brought to Kamal Adwan Hospital.

Palestinian health officials say an Israeli drone strike on a hospital compound in northern Gaza killed a 16-year-old boy in a wheelchair and wounded at least 12 other people, including medical staff.
