An ex-gang leader told investigators he stabbed Derek Chauvin in prison by over the former police officer's notoriety for George Floyd's murder, prosecutors said.

The prisoner allegedly said he attacked Chauvin on Black Friday as a symbolic link to Black Lives Matter.
