Volunteers from the Alaska Dive Search, Rescue, and Recovery team recovered the bodies from the crashed Bell 206 at about 6 a.m. Sunday.

The 1996 Bell 206 helicopter crashed Thursday while transporting the Alaska Department of Natural Resources staff while they conducted fieldwork in the area.

Volunteers from the Alaska Dive Search, Rescue, and Recovery team arrived at the crash site around 10:45 p.m. Saturday and recovered the bodies about 6 a.m. Sunday.
