Boeing on Tuesday said that it has withdrawn its pay offer after negotiations with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), whose members are on a strike against the company.

Boeing has withdrawn a contract offer that would have given striking workers 30% raises over four years after talks broke down.

Negotiator for Boeing workers who have been on strike, said that members were prepared to wait out after pay talks collapsed a day earlier.

Boeing announced that the company has withdrawn its contract offer to striking machinists union workers as it considers “next steps.”

The union representing the striking workers criticized Boeing and said it was “hell-bent” on pushing through a “non-negotiated offer” it released to the media last month.

The latest offer included a 30% raise, which was 5% more than its last offer, and a restoration of its performance bonus.
