Caeleb Dressel dominated the Tokyo Olympics, winning gold in the 50m freestyle, 100m freestyle and 100m butterfly. Unfortunately, he's been unable to replicate that success at the Paris Olympics.

Caeleb Dressel got emotional after failing to add a second gold medal to his collection in Paris. The American swimmer burst into tears when he finished fifth in the 100m butterfly semifinals.
