Chi-Chi's, the popular Mexican restaurant chain that shut down in 2004 after one of its venues was linked to the largest outbreak of hepatitis A in U.S. history, is making a comeback next year.

A Chi-Chi's source confirmed to PEOPLE that they will open two restaurants in Minnesota in 2025, 20 years after shuttering all of their locations.

According to CHI-CHI’S, the formerly Mexican restaurant is now set to begin making its comeback thanks to a new agreement with Hormel Foods, which is the owner of the “CHI-CHI’S” trademarks.
