Cornell University will pay a $60 million fine to end investigations and restore its federal funding, the school announced.

By accepting the terms of the agreement, Cornell University is not admitting wrongdoing related to pending claims against the school.

Other schools, including the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dartmouth College, and Brown University, had already publicly released their letters rejecting Trump's proposed compact.
