Israel bombed a school housing displaced Palestinians in Gaza on Wednesday, killing 18 people including two staffers with the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees, UNRWA, according to rescuers.

While resuming its offensive against militants in the West Bank, Israel also kept up its bombardment of the Gaza Strip, striking a school building used as a shelter for displaced people.
