The campaign tour marks the introduction of Walz to the national stage after he emerged as Harris' vice-presidential pick.
Former President Donald Trump is campaigning Thursday in Michigan and Wisconsin as he ramps up battleground state travel heading into the traditional Labor Day turn toward the fall election.
In total, the Harris-Walz ticket will travel through seven states this week. Michigan is the largest rally of the Harris-Walz presidential campaign.
Walz is also expected to be in Michigan on Friday. The campaign said Harris, Walz and other surrogates will visit every media market in each battleground state Thursday through Sunday.
The Harris campaign said it had raised $36 million in the first 24 hours after she announced Walz as her running mate.
On Monday, Harris introduced Walz to a fired-up crowd in Philadelphia; Vance was also in Pennsylvania on Monday. The candidates will campaign next in Wisconsin and Michigan.
