Microsoft said Thursday it was investigating an issue that impacted its 365 services. Downdetector, which tracks outage reports, showed users reporting issues with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
The root cause of the global technology outage has been resolved, but some Microsoft 365 cloud platform systems may still be experiencing problems, the corporation's cloud service said in a statement.
