MrBeast has had a few difficult months. But his game show "Beast Games," which had a budget of $100 million, isn't going anywhere.

A lawsuit on behalf of five unnamed contestants who participated in YouTuber MrBeast’s Beast Games was filed on September 16 in Los Angeles against MrBeast as well as Amazon, which plans to distribute the show.

The lawsuit alleges sexual harassment and injury on the set of the Amazon Prime reality competition show “Beast Games,” based on the internet star’s videos.

Five contestants on a MrBeast-hosted reality competition show have filed a proposed class-action lawsuit against the YouTube star’s production company and Amazon.

MrBeast is accused of creating “unsafe” employment conditions and misrepresenting contestants’ odds at winning the $5 million grand prize for his Amazon reality show "Beast Games."

Several contestants [ended] up hospitalised, while others reported suffering physical and mental complications,” their lawyer alleged.

YouTuber MrBeast has been named in court documents which allege contestants were "shamelessly exploited" in his upcoming series Beast Games. People who took part have sued the production companies involved in the show, which include MrB2024 and Amazon.

On top of the accusations of staging content, MrBeast is now being sued by Beast Games participants for sexual harassment and 'gross mistreatment'.

The filing alleges that the multimillion-dollar company behind YouTube's most popular channel failed to provide minimum wages, overtime pay, uninterrupted meal breaks and rest time for competitors.
