Ohio police have released disturbing footage of a woman who allegedly crushed a cat's head under her foot and then began eating the animal while witnesses looked on in horror. Allexis Ferrell, 27, was discovered with "fur on her lips and blood on her hands" when police responded to calls from alarmed neighbors in Canton on August 16.
