ALBANY — New York’s highest court said Tuesday it will not hear a case that challenged former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s claims of residency here, leaving him off the ballot in November.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has lost twice in his battles to stay on the presidential ballot in some states and get off of it in others.

Mark Cuban helped fund Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s winning fight against a Democratic Party lawsuit to get him off the ballot. Now Kennedy is trying to get off the ballot, but without Cuban's help.
