Ukrainian officials say Russia has fired more than 700 attack and decoy drones at Ukraine overnight. That tops previous nightly barrages for the third time in two weeks.

Russia launched a new barrage of drones and missiles in an overnight attack on Ukraine on Saturday, targeting the west of the country and killing at least two people in the city of Chernivtsi on the border with Romania.

Hundreds of Russian drones and more than a dozen missiles rained down on the Ukrainian capital early Thursday, killing two people in a second massive airstrike on Ukraine in two days as Kyiv seeks critical aid from its partners at a meeting in Rome.
