Major General Vladimir Zavadsky was reportedly killed this week, the latest high-ranking official to die in Ukraine.

A Russian attack in Ukraine’s southern city of Kherson has caused an ammonia leak at a factory, according to local authorities. The Kyiv Independent cited officials as saying the leak was minor and under control.
