The lawyer whose defense team won acquittal for Sean “Diddy” Combs on life-sentence-eligible charges says the music mogul was greeted by a standing ovation from fellow prisoners when he returned to jail after the verdict.

The partial verdict in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial came on the second day of deliberations. The jury will return to deliberate on the final count Wednesday.

The bond decision came after a jury convicted Combs of federal prostitution-related offenses but acquitted him of sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
