Sean “Diddy” Combs seemingly looked to be checking Justin Bieber to see if he was wearing a wire in a resurfaced video. The music mogul, 54, pulled Bieber, 30, in for a hug before tapping random places on his chest in the throwback video posted by the Daily Mail on Thursday.
