A judge who denied Sean "Diddy" Combs bail is no longer assigned to the music mogul's federal sex trafficking case. Combs' case was reassigned on Oct. 3 to Judge Arun Subramanian, who replaces Andrew L. Carter Jr. as the judge overseeing the case, according to court records viewed by PEOPLE.

On Thursday, a new federal judge was assigned to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ sex trafficking case in New York. Business Insider reported that the new judge is Arun Subramanian, who is also presiding over the Department of Justice’s antitrust case against Ticketmaster.
