With talk of Tagovailoa returning, Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill appeared to poke fun at the QB in responding to a post that suggested the Dolphins draw up a designed run on his first play back from injury. Hill's tweet, which now has over 3 million views, said simply: "Who gone call the next play?"

Tyreek Hill and Tua Tagovailoa were the future of the Miami Dolphins trying to win their first Super Bowl in more than four decades. However, after another concussion, it’s still uncertain if the quarterback will continue his NFL career.

Tagovailoa suffered his third diagnosed concussion in two years on Sept. 12 against Buffalo. He was put on IR but is eligible to return on Oct. 23.

Tyreek Hill doesn’t seem to have any confidence in Tua Tagovailoa’s ability to remain healthy, and he made no secret of it with his savage response to a recent suggestion. Tua is believed to be nearing a return after suffering a concussion a few weeks ago.
