Russia has launched a second major drone and missile attack of Ukraine in four days, killing four people, and leaving hundreds of thousands without power. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russia fired almost 300 attack drones, 18 ballistic missiles and seven cruise missiles at eight regions overnight and into Tuesday local time.
