A dangerous winter storm swept across the country on Saturday, bringing rough conditions on the roads and even caused ground stops at all three major airports in the New York City metro area.

"Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches, with locally higher amounts possible. Winds could gust as high as 40 mph with significant blowing and drifting snow Monday."
