Remove the showerhead and put it into the plastic bag. Pour the vinegar into the bag until the head is completely submerged. Seal the bag securely and let it sit for at least two hours. Remove it from the bag, clean away any remaining debris, and rinse the showerhead thoroughly with warm water.

Remove the rainfall shower head. Put the shower head in a plastic container filled with distilled white vinegar. Leave it to soak for at least half an hour, though preferably for a full hour. Remove the shower head from the container and rinse it with water.

To accomplish this, fill the plastic bag with vinegar, and secure it to the shower head using a rubber band. Once on, adjust the bag until the shower head is immersed in the vinegar. Next, wait for one hour, rinse and dry. That’s it! Your shower head will be glittering like a new one.

Do not use soap to clean your rainfall shower head, as the soap scum will clog the holes. Remove the shower head by twisting it from the base. Mix a half gallon of hot water with the vinegar in the plastic bowl. Position the shower head with the holes pointing down and pour the 6 tablespoons of salt down the back of it.
