Access to the loft is provided by included staircase, which can be positioned on left or right walls. No entry doors or windows are included and are purchased separately from your local Lowe's store. This allows you to choose the number and type of windows and doors that best fit your needs. The Richmond is a kit which the homeowner is to frame and assemble in the field. During construction the homeowner frames rough-ins at the locations desired prior to applying siding. First floor deck or foundation are purchased separately by the homeowner. Check with your local permit authority before placing your order. Building is shipped to you via curbside delivery. Windows shown are purchased separately, patio door and lighting. Shingles purchased by homeowner. Before you build, make sure your foundation dimensions match the size of the shed.
