This special blend of potato starch, tapioca flour, baking soda and psyllium husk fiber is grain, gluten, soy and bean free, and can be used in scratch recipes or with baking mixes. Shelf stable and great to keep on hand to avoid last-minute trips to the grocery store. Note: not suitable for scrambled eggs, meringue or other egg-based dishes.

May 1, 2023I tried using this egg replacer in a batch of bread dressing and in a batch of brownies. The dressing turned out ok, but the brownies came out super oily and dense, almost like a dense steamed puddin… Full review by target.com
