Very low odor application allows for use in schools healthcare facilities food service areas office buildings hotels and more. Sierra S40 meets the Green Seal environmental standard for paints and coatings based on performance requirements and reduced use of hazardous substances and reduced volatile organic compounds (VOCs). High performance low odor coating for concrete floors in moderate to severe industrial environments Kit covers 135-195 sq. ft. per gal. High gloss finish provides a rich shine Tough coating is impervious to moisture allows for easy cleaning and sanitizing Designed for areas with light to medium vehicle traffic and where occasional spillage of mild chemicals may occur Dries to touch in 30 minutes and can be recoated in 1-3 hours light foot traffic after 3 hours Clean up with soap and water Easy-to-use two-component kit includes colored base and activator
